The ancient Chinese symbol of the cauldron has three legs denoting stability, but also dividing one into three. It speaks of solidity and power as well as nourishment, the home, the womb, the feminine principle. In this series, I've used it to represent the whole, cooking in the cosmic furnace, that may at some time separate into parts.
